• All appointments for custom tailoring are made by reservation. Appointment hours are available from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For Sunday or evening appointments, please contact us via our brand's Line @bgm2708k or email.

• To maintain service quality, each time slot is reserved for one customer group, with a maximum of two individuals.

• Please allocate at least 1.5-2 hours for your appointment to discuss designs and measurements.

​

• After confirming your appointment, kindly provide the designer with a full-body photograph (optional) and any design style references. This helps the designer prepare suitable design sketches in advance.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. No-shows without prior notice will result in future appointment requests not being accepted.
